These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of World Traveler LIME (the "Service"), operated by INFIELD ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
World Traveler LIME is a creator-operated tool used to prepare and transfer original, AI-assisted short-form videos to an authorized TikTok account for review and publishing. The Service may provide features for account authorization, video transfer, caption preparation, upload-status checks, and related publishing workflow support.
The Service does not publish content to TikTok without the account holder's review and affirmative action where TikTok's upload-to-draft workflow is used.
You may use the Service only if you are legally permitted to use TikTok and have authority to access the TikTok account connected to the Service. You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain any rights you hold in content submitted through the Service. You are responsible for confirming that you have all rights and permissions required for the video, audio, music, images, trademarks, captions, and other materials you upload or publish.
You are also responsible for reviewing the final content, caption, privacy setting, cover image, AI-generated-content disclosure, commercial-content disclosure, and interaction settings before publication.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to process and transfer your content only as necessary to operate the Service.
The Service uses TikTok's developer tools and APIs. TikTok is a third-party service and is not owned or controlled by us. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own terms, privacy policy, community guidelines, music usage rules, and other applicable policies.
We do not guarantee the availability, approval, performance, or continued operation of TikTok's APIs or services.
The Service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features may be limited while the TikTok integration is in development, sandbox testing, or app review.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, revenue, profits, reputation, or business opportunity arising from use of the Service or a third-party platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
You may stop using the Service and revoke TikTok authorization at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms, applicable law, or a third-party platform policy is violated, or if necessary to protect users, accounts, or the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled by a court of competent jurisdiction in Japan, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms when the Service, law, or platform requirements change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
