We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to service providers acting on our instructions and subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. We do not share TikTok user data with data brokers.
Tokens and workflow records are stored in operator-controlled systems with access restrictions appropriate to the nature of the information. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We retain information only for as long as needed to operate the Service, maintain necessary publishing records, resolve errors, meet legal obligations, or protect the Service. OAuth tokens are deleted or invalidated when no longer needed, when authorization is revoked, or when deletion is requested, subject to legal retention requirements.
Uploaded working files and temporary transfer files are removed when they are no longer needed for the requested workflow. Public content posted to TikTok remains subject to the account holder's TikTok settings and TikTok's retention practices.

You can revoke third-party app access through TikTok's account settings. Revocation stops future API access but may not automatically delete content already published to TikTok.
To request deletion of information held by the Service, email k_uchino@infield-com.jp with enough information to identify the relevant authorized account. We may need to verify the request before acting.
TikTok and other service infrastructure may process information in countries outside your country of residence. Where required, we take reasonable steps to handle such transfers in accordance with applicable law.
The Service is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Service. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so that we can review and delete it where appropriate.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Service, law, or platform requirements change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
